Systems Engineer/Dev Ops/Administrator

About the Role

Join our IT team and manage our Linux-based infrastructure.
Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing cloud server infrastructure.
• Configuring and managing the software stack.
• Maintaining and enhancing virtualized environments across production, staging, testing, and development.

Required Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you should have experience with:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Digital Ocean, AWS, Linux, NginX.
• High Availability Tools: HAProxy.
• Automation Tools: Puppet or Salt.
• Scripting: Bash/Shell, Python, Ruby, PHP.
• Database Management: SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgresSQL, MySQL, MongoDb, Redis, Elasticsearch, etc.).
• Monitoring Tools: New Relic, Icinga2, Grafana, Logstash, etc.
• Continuous Integration: Jenkins.
• Containerization: Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Version Control and Security Tools: Git, ufw, fail2ban.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in a start-up environment is a big plus.
